Author Biography

Neil Patrick Harris is a multi-hyphenate known for iconic roles on both stage and screen, such as Barney Stinson in How I Met Your Mother, Count Olaf in the Netflix adaptation of A Series of Unfortunate Events, and the title role in the Tony Award-winning Broadway production of Hedwig and the Angry Inch (Tony, Drama League, and Drama Desk Awards). He has also served as a beloved host of the Tony Awards, the Primetime Emmy Awards, and the Academy Awards. Neil is the author of the international and New York Times bestselling fiction series The Magic Misfits (over one million copies sold), produced and starred in the Netflix comedy series Uncoupled, and joined the cast of the BBC's Dr. Who: 60th Anniversary Specials.

David Burtka is an award-winning and sought-after host, chef, caterer, actor, and author of the bestselling Life Is a Party: Deliciously Doable Recipes to Make Every Day a Celebration. His Food Network special, Life's a Party with David Burtka, aired in 2016 and was awarded a Telly Award and 1st Prize at the New York Film and TV Awards.
