Author Biography

Gabi Moskowitz is the founder of BrokeAssGourmet.com, an award-winning website about inexpensive gourmet cooking. She's also written five cookbooks and produced Freeform's Young & Hungry, a situation comedy based on her life and writing. She lives in Marin County, California with her husband and two daughters.

Mollie Katzen is an American cookbook author and artist. She was listed by the New York Times as one of the best-selling cookbook authors of all time. In 2007, she was inducted into the James Beard Cookbook Hall of Fame--and largely credited with moving plant-based cuisine from the fringe to the center of the American dinner plate. She is well-known for her hand-lettered, illustrated cookbook, Moosewood Cookbook, which was deemed the most influential vegetarian cookbook of all time by The Wall Street Journal.
