Taylor Professor of Management at the Wharton School and director of Wharton's Center for Human Resources. He is also a research associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and since 2007, is a Distinguished Scholar of the Ministry of Manpower for Singapore. \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e Cappelli's recent research examines changes in employment relations in the United States and their implications. Cappelli writes a monthly column on workforce issues for Human Resource Executive Online and is a regular contributor to the \u003ci\u003eWall Street Journal \u003c\/i\u003eand the \u003ci\u003eHarvard Business Review\u003c\/i\u003e.
