Monica S. Rose is the founder of Career Matters, a boutique coaching and consulting company that offers personalized career services to clients worldwide. Drawing on her diverse background in business, recruiting, and psychology, Monica creates novel and effective tools for her clients. A committed professional, she still works with individual clients, trains career coaches, and develops large scale programs for other organizations. The Pathfinder 3.0 is her first book.
