    Kate Kasbee creates, cooks, writes, and photographs recipes for the popular vegan blog Well Vegan (wellvegan.com). She and her partner on the blog, Katie Koteen, co-authored Frugal Vegan: Affordable, Easy, and Delicious Vegan Cooking, and Kate is the sole author of Vegan Boards and The Taco Tuesday Cookbook: Plant-Based. Kate's recipes and writing have been featured on Refinery29, Huffington Post, MindBodyGreen, OneGreenPlanet, BuzzFeed, and Oprah.com, among other destinations. A native of the Midwest and a certified plant-based chef, Kate lives in Los Angeles.
