Nina M. Moore is the Dr. William L. Boyle, Jr. '55 Endowed Chair in Political science and Professor of Politics at Colgate University. She is the author of Governing Race: Policy, Process and the Politics of Race and The Political Roots of Racial Tracking in American Criminal Justice.
